In 2006, chance brought to Corme the Fundación Torre- Pujales, Museum of Contemporary Art of Costa da Morte (calle Real, 14) in which is developing a varied and intense cultural activity and also houses an interesting collection from which to find the Julio Pujales´ paintings and works of renowned international artists. Encarnación Pisonero, patrona de la Fundación Torre-Pujales
The Fundación Torre-Pujales wants to promote an extensive cultural program in which involve the entire Costa da Morte community to attract to this area a quality tourism. Located in the village of Corme, one of the patrons of the institution, Encarnación Pisonero, says the museum is "up to the level of any in a Spanish or European capital even surpassing many of them".
